About
Built by people who run these programmes
ClickSafe is the security awareness product from Staatse Security. The same team that does the offensive work decides what the training covers.
Part of Staatse Security
Staatse Security is a penetration testing and security advisory practice. The work that makes up an engagement, phishing a client’s staff, pulling credentials out of a login page nobody checked, walking a finance team through how a payment was nearly redirected, is where this product came from.
Running those engagements repeatedly makes one thing obvious: the technical findings get fixed, and the human ones come back. Annual training was not changing that, so ClickSafe is the answer we wanted to hand clients instead.
Commercially it sits under Staatse: the same company, the same contract, the same people answering contact@staatse.com. Billing, privacy and refunds are governed by the Staatse policies rather than a separate set for this product.
What we believe about this problem
Three positions that shape the product, and which we would rather state up front than have you discover in month three.
Blame is why people stop reporting
The moment someone believes a click gets them named in a meeting, they stop telling you about the ones that matter. Every design decision here assumes the goal is more reports, not fewer clicks.
Specific beats cinematic
A plain module about the exact scam your finance team receives is worth more than a beautifully produced film about a generic hacker in a hoodie.
Evidence, not reassurance
A programme that cannot show its own numbers is asking to be believed. Baseline, repeat, and report the direction of travel, including when it is flat.
Find out what your click rate actually is
We will run a baseline campaign against your own team and show you the real number, not the one you hope for. Most teams are surprised.
